Steam Oven with Fully-Fledged Oven Function

The XL combi-steam oven with fully-fledged oven function fulfills all your cooking requirements. As a steam oven, it offers all the benefits that are described in the chapter on steam ovens. In addition, it is equipped with the many functions of an oven such as Convection Bake, conventional heat and grill. It shows its skill in Combination cooking - a combination of moist and dry heat for perfect results, particularly when baking and roasting.

Combination Cooking

Crispy outside, succulent inside: Combination of hot air and steam for perfect results. Steam cooking and other operating modes in a combination of your choice: Temperature (104°F to 437°F) and moisture content (0% to 100%) can be adjusted individually and changed up to six times in quick succession. This way you can enjoy greatest versatility for the best baking and roasting results.

XL Cavity

Ample space: Prepare complete meals simultaneously for up to 10 people; enough room for poultry or a whole fish. Plenty of space for individual creativity: The Miele XL combi-steam oven with fully-fledged oven function offers great usable capacity. Allowing you to prepare complete menus for eight to ten people. There is also enough space in the cooking compartment for larger items of food, e.g. poultry and whole fish.

Motorized Control Panel

Convenient: The panel opens at the touch of a button to reveal the water container and the Roast probe. Open the control panel with one touch; behind it you will find the water container, Condensate container and the wireless Roast probe. When opening the control panel the water container and condensate tank move forward for easy removal. You can fill the water container and empty the Condensate container without opening the cooking compartment. The panel is tilted towards you for ease of use and for the best view of the display.
